Lunchbox: Prawn pulav, fruits and chakli

Todays lunch is Prawn pulav(will post the recipe soon), fruits(cantaloupe, grapes, apple) topped with honey and chaklis.

I usually don’t include any munchies in lunch. Yesterday I tried moong daal chaklis. They came out very well. Hubby wanted to take them to office, but I included just 4 in his lunchbox :D. I know he will not eat them with lunch, but still included them.

  1. shilpa,

seeing all above one thing it makes sure that you have got lots of patience. And so well arranged tiffins for lunch. Usually i cook in the morning daily and pack lunch for srinivas and some times fruits. We genreally take whole wheat chapathis through out week and have rine in weekend. Thanks for sharing

  2. Shilpa, this is my humble request for moong dal chaklis recipe. Did you use moong flour or did you use the dal itself? Sorry if that’s a silly question — my guess would be the flour but who knows 🙂 They look so appetizing!

  4. Looks wonderful. Way back in India, i did not know what to give my hubby in food in the fourth Tupperware small daba. One would remain empty, so it was always munchies/dabbe khaaN. Good you have started this new posting. But i guess it will be too hectic for you, to manage so much in the morning.

  5. Sudeepta, I will post it soon.
    Thanks Meena.
Linda,Krithika, I will post the chakli recipe today.
Yes Aruna. It is becoming too hectic. Since my readers asked for it, I am doing this, I will continue few more days and if I cannot manage, I will stop it :).
