A Food blogger’s meme around the world

This is my first ever meme. Some time back, one of the food bloggers tagged me with a meme. I did not know what is “meme”. I did not have any time to find out about it. Last year blogging new recipes was not so easy for me because of time constraints.

This time Anthony, Ujwala tagged me with this meme.
So here it goes –

1. Please list three recipes you have recently bookmarked from foodblogs to try:

This is a very difficult question. There are so many of them to list here. I check so many blogs daily and make a mental note (yes..I dont bookmark them…thats the biggest mistake I do always) of so many recipes. (I start checking all the blogs in my blogroll & then the blogrolls in those blogs and so on. Though I know some of them update only once a week, I still check all the blogs daily). Still I will try and list out few recipes here…

Annita’s Fried Idlis
Shyamala’s Strawberry streusel cake
RP’s Popcorn Shrimps
Vineela’s Crunchy Taco shells

There were so many others which I am not able to recollect now :(.

May be its the time I start saving the bookmarks :).

2. A foodblog in your vicinity:

I feel all the food blogs are in my vicinity, considering I can see them whenever I want. I do not think the physical presence of the blogger is important here.

3. A foodblog (or more) located far from you:

Only the bloggers who are yet to start their blogs. hahaha

4. A foodblog (or several) you have discovered recently (where did you find it?):

There are so many of them. I come across atleast one new blog daily through blogrolls of all the food blogs :). Some of them which I found today are
Sumi’s Kitchen
Indian Food
5. Any people or bloggers you want to tag with this meme?
All of them are already tagged I think ( I am too late). Still I will tag some people who have not blogged about this meme…

  1. Hi,
I come from Kumta, and am currently in UK. From Uttara Kannada(UK)to United Kingdom (UK) has been a very pleasant journey. I have cousins from the Bhat family in Kodkani, currently in Pune. I stumbled on you website, looking for some Fish recipes. Keep up the good work.
