Cholko &#8211; A piece of leaf. Usually a piece of banana leaf is called &#8216;cholko&#8217; in Konkani.
Vayli &#8211; on top of
&#8216;Cholkya vayli bhakri&#8217; or &#8216;cholkya bhakri&#8217; means a rotti prepared on banana leaf. I have no such explanation for the name &#8216;mumbri&#8217;  .
