Vegetable Fritters

Ingredients:
Vegetables like Capsicum, Onion, Potatoes Cut into thin long pieces 1 cup
Rice flour 2 tbl spn
Corn flour or maida 1 tbl spn
Vinegar 1 tea spn
Soya sauce 1 tea spn
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tea spn
Chilli powder 1 tea spn
Salt
Oil for deep frying

Method:
Mix all ingredients except vagetables & oil. Make a thick batter of bajji batter consistency. Dip the vegetables in the batter and deep fry in oil. Serve hot.

Serves : 2
Preparation time : 15min

    dear sanjeev kapoorji ,

    i always watch ur receipe on zee but now a day i cant see it i dont have oven at home i wana no easy way to cook veg lollipop and hara bhara kebab sir if u can send me this i would b really thankful to u and i dont no what ingredients where we can get it as i live at ghatkopar so please help sir please

    Rashmi, i have never tried with lemon juice. Not sure if it would taste good, you have to give it a try.

    Also one more thing to add is that I am living abroad n it has been just 3 months of our wedding although by the grace of God I cook gud food… but now widout Mumma’s help I can serve more good n healthy food to my hubby…as he loves to eat new dishes.Thanks a lot dear..

    Great recipe! But i guess you got the spelling for Capsicum wrong.. must be a typo error.. You might just want to rectify the spelling.
