Dear Mam,

MY son is going to the first standard and he still cannot eat on his own, he eats tiffin items like dosa, idli on his own, but when it comes to rice he cannot eat on his own, and if we force him to eat on his own, he takes a long time to eat. But next year he has full day school and kindly let me know some lunch box rice items which will be so interesting that he can eat on his own and eat fast. He is underweight and I am worried that he will leave his food uneaten. Kindly let me know what to do?

Shilpa: There is a separate section for rice items on this site. Please check under categories.
