I must say this kolhapuri masala really makes any vegetarian dish tasty,I used to get it from my old colleauge but now we no more in touch with each other, if by any chance you happen know the recipe please try and post it.

I just made a bottlegourd dish last night- love that veggie! I think I actually have some Kolhapuri/Ghati masala: I was looking over a recipe I found for it...it seems to be what a Maharashtrian friend sent me a while back, saying it was "garam masala"- it has such a beautiful aroma, so I bet this dish was superb!
