i made a few additions to it…. instead of ginger alone, i added ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, a bit of kasoori methi too…..

I made tomato capsicum rice today.I was searching for tomato rice recipes for breakfast.When i saw this pic i thought will give it a try.Its indeed simple,easy and yummy.Will be making this rice dish over and over again.

I make similar rice, the only difference being the tamarind pulp/water that I add just before the rice.
