Hi,

This is a really nice site. Happy to find so many recipes especially konkani ones too. Being a foodie, I'm really happy I stumbled upon this site when I was googling the word Ghashi (he he).

I am a software engineer by profession in Bangalore. I am basically a Mangalorean, but a Konkani is a Konkani whether from North or South Kanara :-)

Keep your website going, can't wait to show it to my aayi :-)

P.S: First thing I am going to do, is try this pulao recipe. Especially because there is no onion or garlic and can be had on the religious days when some ppl don't eat dishes with them :-)
