Dear Shilpa,

I like Maharashtra food and we prepare few dishes also, as my in-laws are from North Karnataka and there is a similarity in food of Maharashtra.

Can you please name few recipes where we can use Goda Masala. I am not sure whether we can use it for our everyday Sambar, Sabjis etc., or is it used rarely for special or particular recipes only. Please clarify.

when you say 3/4 cup coconut what do you mean? Grated fresh coconut or grated dried coconut–both impart very different flavours to curries

I have been a silent reader, every single day i used to check for the new recipes u posted and lemme tell u tried out many recipes and was a hit. thanks a lot. Of late i too started my food blog.
Now coming to the egg curry i have never tried goda masala shall give a try and let u know but the pic is so tempting, my daughter always sits with me and her next order is egg curry:)
