very good recipe. It came out excellent and everybody liked as it was different. Your presentation of recipe is excellent and very easy to prepare. Thank you for such a good site.

One point I would like to add is it is better to do the rotis when the dough is warm as it goes cold the dough becomes dry and breakable, also cover the dough as much as possible so that it doesn’t dry quickly.

I had Sugarcane juice papads from Toronto last month…and they are delightful, sort of sweet and spicy at the same time..I imagine this would be a treat.

This must be so yum, the sutble sweetness to it. I have had these akki roti’s at a coorg friend’s home. Did not know they had sugar cane juice in them. Thanks for sharing. As i have been asking her for this recipe ever since, and now i have a link.
