I tried out corn patties just now with little bit of variation in the ingredients ( I added garam masala and mirchi powder also) and it came out excellent. My husband liked it so much… even me .. Thanks a lot for such a wonderful receipe.

hey they turned out great. except i added a bit more potato than was necessary i was a little scared that they might burst when frying but if i had stuck to less potato they would have been more corn than potato. hehe. thanks for the recipe. i ate this wonderful pattice in mahabaleshwar and on a rainy day they can be the best thing that can happen to you. Thanks again also i prefer to mix the breadcrumbs in to the mix rather than coat the cutlets. the breadcrumbs tend to brown too quickly and sometimes turn taste burned if they are fried a little longer than necessary.

i love your site. its on my favorite list. its really wonderful what you doing here. im a mangalorean and i lost my mom very early. so didnt get to see her make stuff or learn stuff from her either. so there are many dishes ive forgotten the names of but when i see them in your blog the konkani section they bring back memories and not just that i can try them as well. it really means a lot to many what you are doing you here on spaces. thank you for your efforts . and your site is done so well. everything so meticulous. ive tried two of your recipes — the batata wada and today im trying the corn pattice. ill let you know how it turns up. have a nice day.

I was searching for recipe for corn patties and finally i got it here. I am going try the recipe.
Also i was searching for some north kanara recipes as my native place is Sirsi and i dont know any recipes from there.
