Thanks a ton for another fantastic recipe. I made this last weekend with a small change. I omitted the dry fruits and pineapple and added cream to the korma just before getting it off the stove. It was the BEST korma i’ve ever made and my family enjoyed it a LOT. Thanks again!

Gave this recipe a try without pineapple. (Didnt have any at home). It tastes amazing. Simple and tasty. Shilpa, thanks for recipe.

Rochin, Savita, you are right. This needs to be sweetish with addition of fruits. Somehow the recipe I had (originally from a famous cookbook, didn’t involve them). But when I read your comments, I searched the internet. So I have updated the post. Thanks a lot for letting me know. I greatly appreciate it .

Usually navaratna korma includes fruits like pineapple and grapes. It tastes good.

I too make kurma, but slightly different version. This looks simple and easy. Must try this. Thanks for a different version.
