hey shilpa,

I tried this recipe today. It turned very sour . I have tasted the yogurt b4 i used it for cooking, it is absolutely not sour. I saw one of da comments b4 trying out, so i first chkd the curds. Wot cud be the problem?

Shilpa: Sindhu, if you add a tea spn of besan(gram flour) with the curd, it does not split.
