Last week visited Dharmastala, Udupi, Kateel and Kukke Subramanya and photographed Kambla, Yakshagana and Paddy field being ploughed with buffaloes and women planting paddy!!! It was lots of fun!! I'm a great fan of Kamath Yatri Nivas in B'lore.. and probably was thinking of the brinjal they serve with Jolad rotti. I "googled" stuffed brinjal.. and stumbled upon your website. The photo looked tempting, so I wanted to give it a shot. And guess what.. It turned out to be awesome!! My hubby & I loved it so much, I made the dish again for the get together we had on Dec 25th and everybody loved it. I even gave this recipe to my mom in Bangalore. Nowadays, I look into this website everyday! I tried a shrimp dish last weekend and it was good too. I'm planning to write down a lot of your recipes... my interest in cooking has been renewed!!
