I like Kofta dishes very much beacuse of thier sublte(though little) sweetness. But know I found your kafta biryani to be very good. I prefer coriander only.

I made this last night , with palak and it came out excellent.
I had some left over tomato saru , that I used instead of making fresh puree.

Hi Shilpa, kofta biryani looks scrumptious, and so does breadfruit and peas. Will have to look for breadfruit
