Hi Shilpa, Can I use Fresh fenugreek leaves instead of the dried ones, somehow I don't like the taste of dried fenugreek leaves.

Shilpa: Yes.

I tried this and it was absolutely delicious. Even the next day when I packed it for lunch Kasuri methi had this amazing smell that would make anyone who hated soy chunks fall in love with this dish instantly. Thank you so much, Shilpa!! I'm a new cook, who's in love with your site. :)

This is a very nice recipe. I like the idea of milk instead of cream, which I do when I make the chicken curry. I tried making soy chunks in spinach frozen similar way with adding kasuri methi minus the milk. I added real lemon juice in the end to make it sour. It is very good. Hope you like it.

I tried this recipe last week. It turned out very well and the whole family enjoyed this. I just added some fresh corriander and 1 and a half tbsp of tomato paste in addition to the above ingredients and of course used everything else in the qts indicated above. Instead of cream I used 1/2 cup 2% fresh milk. It turned out yummy. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe and for taking the time to share your unique cooking talents. Wish you well:)
