Hi Shilpa,

I tried this recipe yesterday. It's yummy! I had cooked somewhat similar before but had not added jeera for seasoning. I had always cooked it like a gravy (by adding coconut milk). Yesterday, After the chicken was completely dry I just shallow fried it. It was tasting sooooo good.
Thanks for the recipe.

Good Recipe.
Pls mention quntities of oil and what oil tobe used for better taste and health.
Thank you.

Shilpa: It hardly needs about 1 tbl spoon(or less) oil. I use peanut oil. You can even use olive oil.

Hi Shilpa,

Tried this out and it was yummy. Think I made a mistake and didn't put enough coriander though because mine was not as green as yours. Thanks for the recipe.

Regards,

Hi ,
I am Ganesh Mallya from Mangalore. Currently working at TCS, Kochi. Staying away from home, with friends and with lots of work....always keeps me on the edge of what to cook for dinner.??? I was really lucky to visit your site aayirecipes and its wonderful to find a great collection of my favorite dishes available just a click away. I tried out Theeka Green Chicken and it came out really good. My friends loved it very much. Thanks for the wonderful recipe. Next on my agenda is dry chicken sukka....
Thanks again,
Regards
