		<description>I do not like to use food color Aruna. Thats the reason I avoided it. But I did add some saffron strands to it, somehow the color did not come. Next time, I will mix the saffron strands in warm milk and then add to the dish.

Bhanap, the diamond shaped sheera looks like a good idea. Will try it next time.

Manasi, I am going to post the pineapple sheera tomorrow. Please have a look. i did not use any food color. If you have saffron strands, you can mix it in warm milk and add to this dish. You can make this without them also. It still tastes great.</description>
