Hi Shilpa,

As many other silent readers who browse this website, I’ve cooked many recipes from your website. I’m in US from almost 12 years and basically from Mysore. My suggestion is that if you could post a separate category as Masala Powders would be helpful.

Many Thanks for taking time to retain originality with the dishes and simiplicity & clarity in pressenting to the users.

hi Shilpa,

Your web site is just marvellous. I was browsing the website yesterday and had seen a dish with leftover rice,besan,onion and capsicum.now I am unable to locate it.it was a dish which someone had prepared on diwali day.Can you please help if it was you who had posted that.It had a very different name and the dish was like akki rotti with ajwain. Can you please help.

sorry spelling mistake than poha, b’coz my husband likes only rice.

Shilpa …I made Bisi bele bhath for the first time here last friday from one readymade masala. It came out very well, but somehow i was not very satisfied with the Masala. It was a Bangalore based company packet. Now that i have a detailed recipe, i am going to try it today.
