Even i love mushrooms, but i am a little hesitant at preparing it.could u please tell me how to clean the mushrooms for preparing any dish…is it just washing it in the water or something else.thanks.

Hi Shilpa,

Sunday is a special day for me. I involve myself in cooking something special and surprise my family. Last Sunday I made Chicken clear soup but my wife’s parents could not enjoy it as they are vegeterians. So I thought of making Mushroom Soup exclusively for them and which my wife never made before.

After searching, I found your recipe and made and now they are all chasing after me to make more of it…

Since you have mentioned that you have been trying out soup recipes every other day, please post them here. I’m trying to go on a diet and would love to indulge in healthy soups for dinner!!
