hi,
when ever i am bored of cooking the usual dishes and wanted to try something new, i visit ur site. And today morning thesame thing happened and when i was surfing, i came across this recipie. And i tried for the lunch.

It turned out very well. I found it simple and yummy. First of all, thanks for this one.

i tried the sweet corn soup last night and found it ok. Do you have any other recipie for this.

Thank you

Hi,

I feel that you might want to concentrate more on categorisation and grouping to make it more easier to search for items, but for which this is one of the websites that I trust for getting real recepies...

Regards

Shilpa: Girija, I am working on it. It is taking a long time due to huge number of recipes on the site :( and also due to workload at office

I made the Moolangi Ambat and it came out very well. Thank you for the reciple indeed.
Here is a recipe for Moolangi Raita which we make almost once a week. Goes to say we like it a lot. Enjoy!

Ingradients:
1 Moolangi(Daikon Raddish) grated
3-4 green chillies chopped
4-5 curry leaves
1 teaspoon Urad Daal
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
2-3 red chillies
1 cup yogurt
1 cup sour cream
1/2 spoon oil for seasoning
salt to taste

Preparation:
Mix Yogurt, sour cream and salt in a bowl and beat till smooth.
Add grated Moolangi and mix.
In a pan, heat the oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chillies, urad daal and when the mustard seeds start to split, add green chillies and fry till urad daal becomes brown. Add this seasoning to the Moolangi yogurt mixture.

The raita is ready to accompany any daal, sambhar, rasam or sabzi.
