		<description>In all egg and non-veg dishes I like to add a little haldi (turmeric) powder. In the above recipe I would add 1/2 tsp haldi powder. 
Otherwise we make this at home quite regularly. Its an absolute fantastic egg curry to  make.</description>

My version:
After adding the tomatos in the above recipe.. cook for 2 mins.. cool the mixture and grind it... then again fry it till the oil seperates.. This stops the dish from leaving water at the edges..

BTW are u a manglorean?</description>
