Your site is excellent !

I dont know where all to post comments.
tomorrow is my son's b'day, so I thought of getting some quick recipes from your site.
well the above bread-roll which i used to call bread-cutlet , is on of my favs and is always a big hit.
I generally use suji instead of rice flour after completion, it makes the roll crispy.
but now i'll try your version too.

in the end, i must say excellent job you're doing. and your site rocks !

cheers !

Hello,
this is my fev snack, when i was a kid i had it somewhere and then when i was in 8th i started making it myself for my brothers and sister. This is our nostalgic moment. And now when i become a mother i started making it for my son and now this is his fevourite too.
Isn't it that we are carrying it in our JEANS.
Thanks
Shubhangi

Thanks for a beautiful presentation. It just makes the task easier. My husband loved it!!!!!! Though I used Maida as I didnt have the rice flour, it tasted real nice.. Thanks Again.

Try adding boiled and mashed carrots and beans also, and litely fried capsium, it tastes grt for the stuffing, we have been doing this since our bachpan, but my mom never used to dip in flour, nevertheless it looked the same way, but i guess either way the end result is awesome.

Ur site rocks, i am a daily visitor, to try something new

I have wanted to try this for ages - but just don't have the courage?

Which brand of bread did you use for this?

The sliced bread that we get here is so soft, that I am scared that when soaked in water, it will crumble (vil-vili).

Shilpa: No specific brand Chetna. I use any sliced bread. I normally use white bread, but you can also use wheat bread.

You can try the same thing using a mix of grated cheese , a little finely chopped capsicum and black pepper. Tastes too good! Though a little fattening ...

Dip bread slice in water & milk & squeeze out the water. It is just like above method. With milk it does not absorb more oil and it is not sticky.
